WARRANTY POLICY
Air Purifier Repair provides air purifier repair services backed by a ninety-day (90) warranty on replaced and/or repaired parts and on labor counting from the date of receipt of the repaired and/or serviced unit by the customer. If the same problem that occurred before the repair and/or replacement reoccurs during the ninety-day (90) warranty period, Air Purifier Repair will repair that unit again at no additional cost to the customer and return it to the customer free of charge.
Air Purifier Repair will affix a warranty sticker onto the air purifier after repair service is complete. If this sticker is removed, modified or tampered with in any way, the warranty shall be rendered null and void.
For warranty to be valid unit must not be opened internally. Air Purifier Repair will affix a warranty seal onto one(1) or more screws of the air purifier’s cabinet after repair service is complete. If this warranty seal is removed, modified, broken or tampered with in any way, the warranty shall be rendered null and void.
REPAIR CANCELLATION POLICY
If a customer contacts Air Purifier Repair to cancel his/her order after the unit was sent to Air Purifier Repair for service, but before Air Purifier Repair received it, Air Purifier Repair will ship the customer’s unit back to the customer and will issue a refund withholding $10.00 for handling in addition to the $15.00 return shipping cost.
If a customer contacts Air Purifier Repair to cancel their order for service without ever sending their air purifier to Air Purifier Repair for service, Air Purifier Repair will issue a refund withholding $10.00 for handling.
Customer is responsible for the full cost of the repair/ service and is not eligible for a refund, if his/her air purifier was received by Air Purifier Repair and repair/replacement services were commenced.
If a customer contacts Air Purifier Repair to cancel his/her order after the unit was received by Air Purifier Repair, the customer is not eligible for a refund.
RETURN POLICY
Customer is eligible for a full refund, excluding the shipping cost, on all air purifiers or accessories purchased only if these items have been returned to Air Purifier Repair unused, in brand new condition, with original packaging. These air purifiers and/or accessories must be sent back to Air Purifier Repair no later than thirty (30) days from their receipt by the customer. Full refund may only be issued after Air Purifier Repair receives the original items back and determines that they have not been used, they are in brand new condition, with original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable. In the event brand new air purifier is returned and appears to be used or have damaged or missing packaging restocking fee will be determined by Air Purifier Repair.
REFURBISHED AIR PURIFIERS RETURN POLICY
Customer is eligible for a refund on all refurbished air purifier(s) purchased only if defective. These air purifiers must be sent back to Air Purifier Repair no later than thirty (30) days from their receipt by the customer.
REPAIR POLICY
Our anticipated completion time for repairs is two (2) weeks. In some rare cases it might take an extra week or two (2) to get a rare part ordered.
All costs and fees associated with shipping to Air Purifier Repair are the costumer’s responsibility. Air Purifier Repair will pay shipping costs and fees from Air Purifier Repair back to the customer. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada customers will be contacted for an additional charge.
By sending air purifiers to Air Purifier Repair the customer(s) authorizes Air Purifier Repair to make the necessary repairs to their air purifiers. If Air Purifier Repair determines that an air purifier is not economical to repair, it will send the unit back to the customer and will issue a full refund. Air Purifier Repair may offer the customer to purchase his/her unit for spare parts or offer a store credit in exchange for the broken unit.
Air Purifier Repair is not affiliated with any brand of purifiers. Air Purifier Repair is not an authorized service center of any air purifier manufacturers. By sending their air purifier to Air Purifier Repair for service, the customer(s) agrees to have his/her air purifier serviced by Air Purifier Repair and understands that some manufacturers might not warranty and/or service units once service of these units has been done by a third party.
Air Purifier Repair instructs all customers not to send ozone plates, hepa filters, remote controls, or any other accessories or items with their air purifier for service. In the event these items are sent by the customer(s) Air Purifier Repair is not responsible for their loss or damage. In the event Air Purifier Repair determines that these items are worn out, broke or burn Air Purifier Repair will dispose them.
Air purifiers sent to Air Purifier Repair for service will be cleaned to the best of Air Purifier Repair’s ability only.
Repair services provided by Air Purifier Repair do not include replacing of accessories such as: ozone plates, lint screens, hepa filters and remote control.
SHIPPING POLICY
All costs and fees associated with shipping to Air Purifier Repair are the costumer’s responsibility. Air Purifier Repair will pay shipping costs and fees from Air Purifier Repair back to the customer. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada customers will be contacted for an additional charge.
Air Purifier Repair is not responsible for damage to air purifier(s) that occurs during shipment to or from Air Purifier Repair. All claims for damaged or lost shipments must be filed with the respective shipping carriers. Customer will need to contact Air Purifier Repair for package insurance information.
After Air Purifier Repair has completed a repair process the air purifier will be delivered to the customer by a mail carrier.
In the event the air purifier is received and the customer perceives damage to the exterior or to the interior of the repaired unit and/or accessory caused by the mail carrier, the customer must direct his/her claim for the damaged shipment to the particular carrier. Customer will need to contact Air Purifier Repair for package insurance information.
PRIVACY POLICY
All online transactions in our store are handled with industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. When you enter your credit card number and personal information into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us. This provides a secure online shopping environment. We do not share customer information with any other companies or agencies.
